Manage the Annual Training Plan aligned with business needs.
Organize and monitor in-house and external training programs.
Administer employee certification programs (mandatory & by request).
Experience in handling mandatory regulatory reports (e.g., POJK 43 report) and monitoring their progress and submission timeline.
Monitor and report employee training hours.
Conduct Employee Engagement Survey and drive follow-up action plans.
Organize employee activities, clubs, and engagement initiatives.
Manage regular corporate events (e.g., Townhall, Company Anniversary).
Strengthen internal employer branding and company culture initiatives.
Prepare and distribute HR Bulletin and internal communication materials.
Develop, socialize, and monitor SOPs related to Learning, Engagement & Culture functions.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or HR Generalist role.
Experience in life insurance, insurance, or financial services industry will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of training management and employee development programs.
Experience in organizing corporate events and engagement initiatives.
Good understanding of HR policies and SOP development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Analytical skills to interpret engagement survey results and propose action plans.
Detail-oriented with good administrative and reporting skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
