As An AR Specialist, You Will

Process and review customer invoices for accuracy and compliance. Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances to ensure timely collection of payments. Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and update customer records, including contact information and payment terms. Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment issues. Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports. Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounts receivable function. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer billing and payment issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or a similar accounting role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools. ⁠Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ⁠Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
