ERP & MES Solution Lead (Manufacturing / Smart Factory) Ready to lead the digital transformation of manufacturing operations and build an integrated ERP–MES Smart Factory ecosystem?

The Company is currently developing KSPP (Kawasan Sentral Produksi Pangan / Centralized Food Production Area) located in Baturaja, designed as an integrated food production and processing hub that includes Rice Milling Units (RMU) and Feed Milling Units (FMU). As part of the realization and operationalization phase of this strategic initiative, the Company is implementing a Manufacturing ERP integrated with MES and shop-floor systems to ensure measurable, efficient, and fully digitized production processes. To support this initiative, we are establishing a dedicated Technical Team responsible for overseeing implementation through post-go-live stabilization, ensuring system reliability, integration integrity, and sustainable operational performance.

About the Role The ERP & MES Solution Lead will spearhead the implementation and integration of the Manufacturing ERP system at KSPP Baturaja, ensuring synchronization between production planning, execution, quality control, costing, and real-time operational monitoring. This role is critical in ensuring smooth implementation and long-term system stability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the ERP & MES roadmap for manufacturing and production operations

Oversee integration between ERP, MES, and shop-floor systems (PLC, machines, sensors)

Own system architecture for production planning, execution, traceability, and costing

Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and IT to align business needs

Drive Smart Factory initiatives, automation, and data-driven manufacturing

Lead vendors, system integrators, and internal ERP/MES teams

Ensure system reliability, scalability, governance, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

8–15+ years experience in ERP, MES, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Factory

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and factory workflows

Experience leading ERP/MES implementation or integration projects

Background in SAP PP/MM/QM, MES platforms, or manufacturing system architecture preferred

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams & senior stakeholders

Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, agro-industry, or large-scale industrial plants is a strong plus
