Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Provide detailed product information and support

Manage communications via email, live chat, and phone

Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues

Proficiency in

Japanese (N1 or N2 level)

and

English (spoken and written) .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools.
