Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule and quality standards.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and project documents.

Ensure that safety procedures and company policies are strictly implemented on site.

Lead and motivate site workers and subcontractors to achieve project targets.

Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays to minimize project risks.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly site reports.

Maintain discipline, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

English proficiency is preferable.

Proficient in project management and office software, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications / Skills Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position (Site Supervisor or equivalent).

Strong technical understanding of construction projects, including planning, design, and execution.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.

Experience in handling data center projects is highly preferred.

Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and reliable.

Proven ability to lead and manage a site team effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during project implementation.
