QA Assistant Manager

PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced QA Assistant Manager to join our Quality Assurance department. This position will be based in our Batam office.

Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility in quality for customer group/cluster assigned to; main function is on planning and supervising to ensure no RMA and no Customer Claims for the entire customer group/cluster assigned to Consolidate all improvement plans and drive improvements for the entire customer group/cluster assigned to Review and release quality reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, RMA reports, etc) to customer including 8D report Will be the main window of company to answer customer complaints and/or queries related to quality Will be the main window of company's 3rd party audit (UL, CSA, ETL, TUV/Sud NRTL, etc) for the entire customer

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Mechanical or something of relevant field Possesses 5 years’ of relevant experience in a similar capacity Possesses awareness with QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Excel, Ms. Word, PowerPoint, pdf)
