About the Role We are looking for a responsive and service-oriented

IT Helpdesk Specialist

to provide first-level technical support to end-users across the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling technical issues in a fast-paced manufacturing and office environment.

Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking Experience in hardware troubleshooting (PC, laptop, printer, scanner, etc.) Familiar with Active Directory, user account management, and access control Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi configuration Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation Good problem-solving and communication skills Service-minded attitude and able to work under pressure Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills required

Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to employees Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when necessary Support system updates, patches, and antivirus management Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity guidelines Assist in IT projects and system rollouts when required
