Responsibilities Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand positioning, marketing funnel, and audience behavior. Design brand communication across multiple channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, website, event promotions). Analyze trends & content performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion) to create a data‑driven content plan. Collaborate with the creative team to produce strong storytelling, visually engaging content with viral potential. Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital channels. Plan and execute digital campaigns (paid & organic) to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and generate quality leads.

Requirements Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication Studies, Marketing, Management or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a related role. Experience at a Creative & Social Media Agency is a plus. Will be based at the Gratyo® headquarters – North Jakarta.
