Motion Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

Collaborate across teams to receive and discuss briefs, coordinate with all departments, and participate in brainstorming to develop concepts aligned with brand goals.

Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual designs for various platforms (social, web, video), ensuring they effectively communicate the brand’s message and values.

Translate briefs into clear visuals, provide necessary design elements, and review final outputs to ensure they meet objectives.

Manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and deliver on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Stay updated on industry standards and emerging trends, applying new techniques and tools to elevate design and motion work.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, Visual Communication Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 1 year of experience as Graphic Designer, Art Director, or in a similar role.

Knowledge of color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, 2D/3D motion techniques, with strong skills in graphic design, visual composition, typography, and the ability to create smooth and visually appealing designs and animations.

Strong proficiency in industry-standard design and motion graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe After Effects.

An initiator with a positive attitude and a collaborative personality.
