Key responsibilities Creative Production Execute photo and video production for: - Sport events and activations. - Athlete personal branding content. - Commercial brand campaigns. - Translate moodboards and storyboards into high-quality visual outputs. - Maintain visual consistency aligned with campaign tone and brand direction. Pre-Production Support - Contribute to shot list and creative discussions. - Prepare technical production needs (camera, lighting, audio). - Ensure production readiness before shoot day. Post-Production - Video editing and photo retouching. - Color grading aligned with brand identity. - Deliver multi-format outputs for social media, events, and brand decks. - Rework archived assets to match updated brand positioning. Event Documentation & Live Coverage - Capture live moments with narrative awareness. - Produce fast-turnaround content for live reporting. - Deliver recap videos and highlight edits. Brand & Marketing Support Provide visual assets for: - Brand books - Pitch decks - Company profiles - Ensure all visual materials reflect premium creative standards

Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years experience in photo and video production. Strong portfolio in sport, lifestyle, or commercial content. Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, Lightroom, etc.). Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and visual composition. Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic environments. Detail-oriented with strong sense of visual aesthetics. Comfortable collaborating with creative directors and marketing teams. Experience covering sports events is a strong advantage.
