Information Technology Operations Specialist (Project Based)

✅Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in

IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunications . Minimum

3–5 years of experience

in ICT operations, networking, IoT, SD-WAN, security, or data systems. Basic understanding of

network concepts : TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, switching, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN. Familiar with

network security technologies

such as firewall, WAF, Anti-DDoS, VPN, and security monitoring tools. Knowledge of

IoT platforms, network monitoring tools, and ITSM/ticketing systems . Experience with platforms such as

Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, VMware, or other network/security solutions

is a plus. Understanding of

data platforms, dashboards, APIs, and databases

is an advantage. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented and able to work in a

24/7 operational environment . Have Certificate SDWAN: CCNP RS/Enterprise, Forti NSE-7 or Security: CCNP Sec, Forti NSE-4 Ability to work under pressure and escalate issues appropriately. Willing to be a PKWT contract employee for the Lintasarta project Willing to work full-time in the office

Job Responsibilities: Monitor ICT systems, network infrastructure, and service dashboards to detect incidents or service disruptions. Receive, log, categorize, and prioritize incidents or service requests through ITSM/ticketing systems. Perform

Level 1 troubleshooting and initial diagnosis

based on SOPs, knowledge base, and known issues. Track and monitor ticket progress, provide updates to customers, and ensure timely resolution within SLA. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to

L2 teams

and coordinate with internal stakeholders when required. Perform remote diagnostics, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance activities. Maintain accurate ticket documentation, incident logs, and operational updates during shift operations.
