Accounting + Finance ( Procurement & Project Admin )
To ensure the company system of Finance Accounting + Tax & Project Admin
Responsibilities
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Producing error‑free accounting reports and presenting their results
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including month‑end and year‑end processes
Managing accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity
Providing technical support and reviewing/recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Managing accounting assistants and bookkeepers, participating in financial standards setting and forecasting process
Preparing financial statements and budgeting according to schedule, assisting with tax audits and tax returns, directing internal and external audits for compliance
Planning, assigning and reviewing staff work, supporting month‑end and year‑end close, developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
Managing bookkeeping & banking, managing finance accounting for company & project, managing tax & SPT PPH, procurement & administration
Ensuring receipts and documentation are ready for submission and meet deadlines; updating progress financial reports
Providing operational support to project parties (job completion, supply quotation, delivery coordination, hospitality, accommodation, sourcing material & sample), reviewing consultants, vendor and supplier documents
Participating in project meetings, responsible for minutes of meetings and agenda (weekly), coordinating and planning cash flow for project finance, aligning payment schedules with project timelines, assisting in planning with principal & director
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Architecture or equivalent
Required languages: English, Indonesian
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Willingness to work in Umasari No. 6 Petitenget
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
