Business Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to support our online consultation business by extracting insights and monitoring key performance metrics. Job Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis initiatives to support the growth and performance of the online consultation business. Oversee tracking and evaluation of key performance metrics (KPIs) including user acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue, and service utilization, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Identify business trends, risks, and growth opportunities, and translate complex data into clear strategic insights for management. Provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders to support business planning, performance optimization, and revenue growth. Develop and supervise dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring systems to enhance decision-making processes. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role, preferably in digital or service-based industries. Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) and dashboard development. Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams and translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations. Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present insights to management‑level stakeholders.
