Investment & Financing Manager

The Investment & Financing Manager will be responsible for leading or participating in the Company’s investment and financing activities in China and Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on Indonesia. This role covers the full investment lifecycle, including project due diligence, transaction structuring, coordination with investors and financial institutions, and deal execution. The position also involves investor relationship management and support for securities and strategic investment matters. The ideal candidate should have solid cross-border investment experience, strong financial analysis capability, and be able to work independently in a multi-task and international environment.

Job Responsibilities Lead or participate in the Company’s investment and financing projects in China and Southeast Asia (with a primary focus on Indonesia). Responsible for the entire process including project due diligence, transaction structure design, investor engagement, roadshows, coordination with securities firms and financial intermediaries, negotiation, and deal closing. Able to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Assist in managing investor relations, establish and maintain long-term and stable relationships with domestic and overseas investment institutions. Conduct regular communication, meetings, and roadshows with investors.

Complete other tasks related to securities affairs and strategic investment as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements At least 5 years of relevant working experience in investment or financing roles at listed companies, multinational corporations, investment & financing departments, well-known private equity funds, or investment banking divisions of securities firms.

Fluent English and Fluent Mandarin are mandatory. Candidate must be able to independently draft and review cross-border documents, and conduct smooth business communication with international investors, partners, and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related disciplines. Holders of CFA, CPA, or other professional certifications are preferred. Solid capabilities in financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence are required.

Willing to accept frequent business travel or medium- to long-term overseas assignments in Indonesia based on project needs.
