Continuous Improvement Supervisor

We are seeking a

Continuous Improvement Supervisor

to join our team and drive efficiency, quality, and productivity across our operations. This role is responsible for identifying performance gaps, implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Food Science, or related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in

Food Manufacturing

as a Continuous Improvement Specialist/Lead.

Experience improving employee experience and performance management through data analysis.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Solid knowledge of Lean and quality principles (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt).

Willing to work on Saturdays (twice a month).
