Quality Control

The Finishing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all finishing works are completed with premium quality standards, within schedule, and fully prepared for handover to the client. The position acts as the bridge between the Project Manager, finishing vendors, and Architect, and must have a reliable finishing vendor connection.

Key Responsibilities A. Finishing Work Management

Develop finishing work plans and short‑term schedules.

Coordinate teams and finishing vendors on‑site.

Ensure material readiness and delivery timing.

Supervise finishing works including:

Doors & windows, glass and aluminium systems, woodworking

Sanitary & lighting installations

Built‑in furniture and loose furniture

External works and landscape details

Oversee defect rectification until handover is fully completed.

B. Quality Control

Implement daily and weekly QC inspections with documentation.

Maintain premium craftsmanship standards for high‑end villas.

Ensure compliance with architectural details and shop drawings.

Enforce corrective actions for below‑standard vendor performance.

C. Communication & Coordination

Work closely with Project Manager and Lead Architect.

Act as the main contact for finishing vendors, consultants, and clients.

Provide weekly progress reports including photos, issues, and solutions.

Must have reliable vendor network: timber, metal works, aluminium, stone, furniture, lighting, alang‑alang, etc.

Source comparative quotations to ensure cost efficiency.

Negotiate and monitor vendor performance until final acceptance.

E. Handover & Documentation

Lead snagging and pre‑handover inspection processes.

Prepare finishing as‑built documents and warranty data sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in villas/resort construction in Bali.

Strong understanding of hospitality cleanliness & aesthetics.

Proactive problem solver with strong discipline.

Multiple Bali project sites, high mobility required.
