Brand Manager

About The Role : We are looking for a Brand Manager to participate in a develop and maintain brand image. For this role, you will collaborates with external party such as advertising agency and media to implement marketing strategy.

What You Will Do ? Lead end-to-end brand strategy to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen market leadership. Own annual business planning, target achievement, and budget management. Translate consumer insights and market analysis into impactful growth initiatives. Drive excellence in campaign execution to improve awareness, penetration, and loyalty. Lead innovation pipeline and manage product lifecycle to ensure long-term competitiveness. Monitor performance and implement strategic actions to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives. Responsible for NPL and risk management.

What You Will Need ? 2–3 years of experience as a Brand Manager within FMCG / Consumer Health industry. Strong track record in driving brand growth and achieving revenue targets. Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capability. Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL). Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills. High ownership mindset with strong execution excellence.
