CUSTOMER RELATION Responsibilities Provide full support to technical administration To provide a high level of specialist support in Planning and Account Management to WQA’s existing clients and manage Strategic Planning projects to meet commercial objectives and maximize the overall service. Handling product knowledge & problem solving for customer satisfaction Respond to or redirect incoming miscellaneous queries by whatever appropriate means, liaising at all levels within office and customer business base

Requirements Female D3 / S1 major in Marketing or Communication. Having minimum 2 years experiences as customer relation or marketing Good communication skill, fluent in English and computer literacy. Advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internet Having a blog, and social media accounts (value-added) Perform simple graphic design for advertising purposes and website promotion.
