We are seeking an experienced

Talent Acquisition

to attract top-tier talent to our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and implement best practices in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and other methods.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably 1 year in a senior role.

Professional proficiency in English (fully capable in interviewing in English and discussing the hiring progress in English).

Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles across different levels.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
