Social Media and Content Specialist

Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, and managing a cohesive and creative social media strategy that aligns with the brand's image and objectives. Compiling daily/weekly/monthly content planners, including determining content pillars and content formats. Collaborating closely with the design and sales team to create, edit, and publish engaging and high‑quality digital content (including copywriting/captions, visuals, and video scripts) for all managed social media platforms. Ensuring every piece of content is optimized for the unique characteristics of each platform to maximize reach and engagement. Actively monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions from followers quickly and professionally. Routinely monitoring, measuring, and analyzing key social media performance metrics (such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, web traffic, conversions). Compiling periodic performance reports (e.g., monthly) that present data, insights, and concrete recommendations for future strategies. Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Experience in the retail, FMCG, e‑commerce, or digital platform industry is a plus. Skilled in analytics tools and social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Suite). Proficiency in basic editing software such as CapCut, VN, Lightroom, or Canva. Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Must have a portfolio of past work (e.g., social media posts, reels, campaigns, or previous content). A creative storyteller with a strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and engagement. Curious, data‑driven, and comfortable turning insights into strategies that deliver measurable impact.
