The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Controller should have:

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a finance team.
