A&K Indonesia opened in 2025 and as business is expanding, we’re now seeking a dedicated Accountant to be based at our Bali office to assist the Accounting Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION (including but not limited to)

Account payable for all accounting transactions such as office expense, local and overseas suppliers, and payment process.

Control the cash flow in weekly, monthly, analysis of aged account payable to ensure timely payment of invoices.

Overall responsibility for accounting activities includes, but not restricted to, input the Accounting Data in SUN Software, Receiving the invoice from suppliers, checking cost in TS System and analyst the variance of tour program cost.

Coordinating with others team regarding all related accounting transaction, tour cost and financial works as well as monitoring project profitability to ensure the profit is in line with the group benchmark and target.

Prepare Monthly Tax report and Tax payment and reconciliation detail of account payable.

Ensuring work is completed and accurately in line with schedules.

Supporting for Production of Monthly Management Reports to issued timetables.

Any other assignments required from time to time.

PROFILE

Indonesian citizenship

Good command of written and spoken English

Knowledge of SunSystems software and Experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a plus

Experience with Inbound Tour Operator in Indonesia is another plus

Positive attitude, motivated, well organized, rigorous, ambitious
