In this role, you will be a key driver of student recruitment across Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines. You will work closely with educational agent partners, students, families and colleagues across our UK, US and Australian portfolios to bring opportunities to life. Your purpose will be clear and meaningful: to guide students from their first enquiry through to enrolment, helping them confidently take the next step in their education journey. Your days will be filled with relationship‑building and strategy. You will shape and deliver a business plan that supports ambitious recruitment goals while responding to the needs of each market. You will grow and strengthen partnerships with education agents by providing training, sharing updates and ensuring they feel empowered to represent our university partners with confidence. You will also work directly with students and parents, offering guidance and reassurance as they explore their options and make important decisions about their futures. You will play a vital role in turning interest into action. Through online and in‑person events, counselling sessions and conversion activities, you will help students move from enquiry to offer and from offer to enrolment. Along the way, you will collaborate with internal teams and partner universities, making sure every student experience is smooth, supportive and centred around their needs. Marketing will be another exciting part of your world. You will help bring campaigns to life across Indonesia, supporting the planning and delivery of exhibitions, training sessions, conferences and digital activity. You will work closely with marketing and centre teams to shape content, review materials and help ensure our messaging speaks authentically to students and partners alike. From social media to newsletters and event promotion, your input will help amplify our reach and impact. Customer experience will sit at the core of everything you do. You will work closely with central admissions teams to ensure applications are handled with care, pace and professionalism. You will champion high standards of service, always looking for ways to improve how we support our partners, students and stakeholders. You will also act as a trusted local point of contact for our university partners operating in the Indonesia market. This is a role for someone who enjoys working across cultures, who is comfortable with travel and thrives in a fast‑moving, people‑focused environment. While you will be based in Greater Jakarta, the role involves regular domestic and international travel, and from time to time, flexibility to work evenings or weekends to support events and partners. You may also be asked to work from other INTO or partner locations as the role requires. You will report to the Assistant Recruitment Director for Southeast Asia, working closely with the Channel Sales Manager and a wider regional and global team who are passionate about education and international opportunity. While your responsibilities are clearly defined, this is also a role that evolves with the needs of our students, partners and organisation in an ever‑changing global landscape.
