Job Description Ensure promo reconciliation is done by Finance Ensure platform promo is created by respective partners with correct scheme & landing pages Recap monthly promotions that require set up from our internal marketing tools (liaise with Business Support) Confirmation Letter or legal documents creation & liaising with Legal Customer complaints handling (including long term improvement plan) (liaise with Product & CS) Create monthly promo proposal to PayLater partner with guidance from supervisor Liaise with partners to negotiate promotion schemes based on our objectives with guidance from supervisor

Qualifications 1.5-2.5 years experience of working in business or marketing related jobs. Minimum having a bachelor degree from any major from reputable university Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation. He/she is responsible for identifying discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies and taking corrective action. Negotiation skills when dealing with monthly promotion planning and reaching agreements with partners, and stakeholders. Efficiently managing operations is essential for delivering products and services effectively.
