Store Manager & Asst. Store Manager Foot Locker Indonesia The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing sales strategy and plan for their respective store to achieve the company's sales number.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategy and plan to achieve sales targets.

Manage sales targets and budgets; analyze store sales, operations, and generate daily/monthly/yearly reports for planning and review.

Monitor and control store efficiency on a daily basis, including sales performance, strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion, and customer service.

Maintain relationships, communicate and negotiate with area partners; implement changes and improvements required by management.

Qualifications

At least Senior High School or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level.

At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, preferably in the retail industry.

Willingness to commit to a long‑term career in a retail company.

Strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services, and sales techniques.

Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Extensive experience and judgment in planning and accomplishing goals.

Ability to perform a variety of tasks and lead and direct the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.

Good proficiency with Microsoft Office.
