Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management

Min 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Having experience in e-commerce/ retail/ consumer goods companies/ IT consultant is an advantage

Deep understanding in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement

Strong analytical and creative thinking

Good in English, both written and speaking

Willing to travel if needed

Willing to be placed at Puri Indah, West Jakarta

Responsibilities:

Create an effective and sustainable HR strategy that aligns with company goals

Identifying issues in the company

Create initiatives related to human resource development

Carrying out and making plans for employer branding

Do other things requested by superiors related to the HR division
