We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT channel sector. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for technology, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth. Responsibilities ⁠ ⁠Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach and drive sales growth. ⁠ ⁠Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring mutual success. ⁠ ⁠Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop channel strategies that align with overall business objectives. ⁠ ⁠Sales Enablement: Provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance their knowledge of ManageEngine products and value propositions. ⁠ ⁠Joint Marketing Initiatives: Work with marketing teams to plan and execute joint promotional activities, campaigns, and events. ⁠ ⁠Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. ⁠ ⁠Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the IT channel space. ⁠ ⁠Conflict Resolution: Address any channel conflicts in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive partner relationships. ⁠ ⁠Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product development and service enhancements.

Requirements ⁠ ⁠Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in IT channel sales / business development. ⁠ ⁠Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred. ⁠ ⁠Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT channel ecosystems, distribution models, and sales cycles. ⁠ ⁠Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; adept at presentations and negotiations. Languages : English & Bahasa Indonesia for communication with colleagues from different regions. ⁠ ⁠Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and sustaining professional relationships. ⁠ ⁠Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. ⁠ ⁠Self-Motivated: Proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. ⁠ ⁠Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ⁠ ⁠Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
