Connect with leads via WhatsApp, email, calls, and live Zoom meetings, helping them take the next step toward joining our programs.

Offer personalized options to suit each customer’s needs, enhancing their experience and building lasting connections.

Provide excellent service by understanding leads’ needs, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction. Be responsive, professional, and maintain high standards in all interactions.

Respond across all channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, email, and calls), ensuring replies within 1 hour during business hours.

Handle urgent sales inquiries as needed.

Willing to stick to all procedures accurately, with minimal errors, to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements:

Strong skills in both spoken and written English is a must.

Minimum 1 year

of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Sales role.

High motivation and target-oriented mindset, with a strong level of discipline.

Integrity, accountability, and honesty.

Great communication and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Skilled at handling objections and making effective sales pitches.

Collaborative mindset and openness to improving processes.

Experience in the education sector is a plus.
