Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure quality, safety, and timeline compliance.

Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and hotel operations to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor contractor performance and material installations against approved standards.

Communicate instructions, progress, and issues to the Project Manager.

Identify, resolve, and elevate on-site risks or delays.

Manage site documentation, reporting, and support project handover.

Qualifications

Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

5 years of experience in construction or site supervision, with 2 year as Site Manager.

Familiarity with construction processes, scheduling, and quality standards.

Experience working with property developers or in a contractor coordination role.

Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, schedules, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
