About the role Join the dynamic team at Kinderfield School Sunter as an IT Support & GA, providing crucial IT support and general administrative assistance. This full-time role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, is an integral part of the school IT and Administrative departments, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation's technology and business operations.

What you’ll be doing

Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for all school hardware, software and network issues

Assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals and software

Responding promptly to IT-related inquiries and requests from employees

Coordinating with external IT service providers for more complex technical support

Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry and other office duties

Maintaining inventory and ordering of IT equipment and office supplies

Ensuring the office environment is well-organised and presentable

What we’re looking for

At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of computer hardware, software, networks and common IT applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist staff

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Indonesian and English

Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field

Able to join as soon as possible

Preferably domiciled in North Jakarta or nearby areas
