Product Development Specialist

to lead end‑to‑end product development and drive innovation across our digital products. This role requires strong business acumen, user‑centric thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Master’s degree (S2) is a strong plus

Professional Experience

Minimum

8 years of experience

in

Product Development, Product Management, or Innovation Management

Proven experience in developing products from

ideation to launch

Experience in

banking, fintech, e‑commerce, or technology industries

is a plus

Strong understanding of the

end‑to‑end product lifecycle , including research, design, development, testing, go‑to‑market, and continuous improvement

Ability to conduct

market research , competitor analysis, and customer needs identification

Basic understanding of

UX/UI principles

and experience collaborating with design teams

Familiar with

product management tools

such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Figma, or similar

Solid knowledge of

data analytics , able to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Excellent

communication skills , both written and verbal

Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (IT, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance)

Strong

critical thinking and problem‑solving

abilities

Proactive, creative, and innovation‑driven mindset

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Strong understanding of

customer journey , customer segmentation, and

value proposition

Ability to develop

product roadmaps , business cases, and revenue potential analysis

Knowledge of

industry regulations

(especially in financial services: OJK, BI, risk & compliance) is a plus

Result‑driven

with a strong focus on efficiency and business impact

Identify market opportunities and customer needs

Develop new product concepts or enhance existing products

Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure product features meet business requirements

Lead

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

and ensure product quality before launch

Define and execute

go‑to‑market strategies

in collaboration with marketing teams

Monitor product performance and conduct regular evaluations for continuous improvement
