Senior Technical Recruiter – APAC (Technical & R&D Focus)
salary up to $9,000
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and R&D roles (Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Automation, Software/Data, Product Development)
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and regional talent pipelines for critical skills
Conduct in-depth technical screening and drive high-quality hiring decisions
Act as Talent Advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability and hiring risks
Support workforce planning, hiring prioritization and ramp readiness across APAC
Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring effectiveness and candidate experience
Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regional labor regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering or related field
5+ years recruiting experience, with strong focus on Technical and/or R&D hiring in high‑tech, semiconductor or manufacturing environments
Proven success hiring highly specialized roles across multiple APAC countries
Strong stakeholder partnering, sourcing, and technical assessment capability
Data‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast‑paced growth environments
