Infra & Security Engineer

3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure preferred).

Experience managing on-premise and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, tools, and frameworks.

Proficient with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps is a plus).

Solid knowledge of network security, IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.

Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and security practices.

Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CEH, AWS Security Specialty) are a strong plus.

Experience with incident response and working in regulated or enterprise environments is a bonus.

Job Description

Design, build, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS and Azure).

Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform.

Ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency across systems.

Implement and maintain security controls across cloud and hybrid environments.

Monitor infrastructure for threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents; respond with appropriate action plans.

Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.

Support internal and external audits and help maintain compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Collaborate with development teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle.

Work closely with engineering and product teams to align infrastructure and security with business goals.

Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers, fostering a strong culture of security and reliability.
