Senior Project Manager (Bali - Hotel Construction)

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of hotel construction projects.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Ensure alignment with client expectations, design intent, and brand standards.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with hospitality design and safety regulations.

Resolve issues and risks to maintain smooth project execution.

Report progress to senior management and ensure documentation is up to date.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable university, majoring in architecture, civil engineering, or other related fields.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Extensive experience (typically 7-10 years) in project management within the construction consultancy or similar, specifically handling the hotel or hospitality sector.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Proven managerial and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good personal and interpersonal skills.

An organized person and a team player.

Ready to relocate to Bali.

This role will be under a project-based contract.
