Telemarketing Staff

Responsible for handling and inviting online leads and communicating promptly and professionally with customers via WhatsApp chats or phone calls to achieve appointment targets.

Resource Allocation Allocate appointment resources efficiently. Distribute resources to designated Learning Center CCs (Course Consultants) according to the type of customer appointments and provide detailed explanations.

Data Management Timely and accurate data recording. Accurately record customer information and communication details, manage customer tags on WhatsApp, and generate weekly work reports to support the optimization of ad strategies.

Performance Follow-up Track appointment results and assist with secondary invitations. Follow up on whether appointments result in sign-ups and collaborate with CCs to support additional follow-ups.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or related fields.

Experience in the education industry is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree is a must.

Strong goal-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in WhatsApp and common office software.

Must be able to communicate in English.
