Technical Writer

Our Technical Writer will contribute to the overall success of the usage of Qiscus products by producing exceptional and understandable documentation. What You Will Do:

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of products and documentation requirements

Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content

Develop comprehensive documentations that meet organizational standards, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation

Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications

Evaluate current documentation and develop innovative approaches for improvement

What You Will Bring to the Role:

Proven experience in technical writing of product documentation

Good understanding of information technology & tech product development

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in English (specifically written)
