Responsibilities
Monitor orders from customers across all channels/marketplaces to ensure processing in the warehouse partner (WH Partner) as per SLA.
Verify order data.
Process and analyze incoming orders accordingly.
Communicate constantly with management, staff, and vendors.
Apply problem solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis.
Maintain a positive work environment according to the companyโs values and ensure that all team members are aligned.
Maintain a professional demeanor when providing and receiving feedback.
Ensure that operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
Apply problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis.
Assist in the implementation of improvements.
Requirements
Possess strong integrity and a good attitude.
Self-motivated and highly initiative.
A result-oriented team player with great problem-solving ability.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Maintain a keen eye for detail to boost team productivity and minimize errors.
Possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Possess an eagerness to learn and the ability to work flexible hours.
Willing to work in all SIRCLOโs warehouse (Jabodetabek).
