Learning & Development Analyst

Responsibilities

Liaisewith HCBP also line manager in conducting Training Need Analysis and proposethe development needed

Providetraining providers and training schedule to accommodate the employeedevelopment needs

Preparelearning materials & tools that needed in learning or training delivery

Provide schedule arrangement and deliver the TTTprogram to learning squad

Liaise with TalentManagement AXA SI related to individual development & succession plan ofTalent

Provide schedulearrangement and liaise with HCBP in communication & delivery of PerformanceManagement refreshment/ socialization

Liaisewith procurement team related to the processing training request from employee

Provide regular reports related to learning anddevelopment activity

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor degree

minimum having 4 years in Learning and development area

good in communication skills, presentation, reporting, also administration area

good in delivery materials training
