We work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality education programs, outreach strategies, and capability-building projects. About the role We are seeking a Knowledge & Strategy Manager (Education Team), Individual Contributor to design and execute projects that strengthen our knowledge ecosystem, optimize learning impact, and support strategic initiatives.
Our goal is to optimize education initiatives for both sellers and internal employees. This role combines analytical thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance how knowledge is created, structured, and utilized across the organization. You will manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders across functions, and ensure delivery meets quality, impact, and scalability goals.

Plan and manage education projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Build & Own the Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain a structured, scalable repository of learning resources that are accessible, in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring accuracy, relevancy and aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, etc.) to gather requirements, identify learning gaps, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project performance against KPIs, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Scale with Efficiency: Streamline processes and workflows to improve efficiency, lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance how knowledge is created, shared, and optimized across the organization.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2โ4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically strategy, product management/marketing role.
Strong analytical skills and data driven โ able to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
Preferred Qualifications
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in building or maintaining structured knowledge systems, process optimization or automation.
Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a scalability mindset.
