Key Responsibilities Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new market opportunities and strengthen distribution channels. Lead, coach, and manage regional sales teams across Indonesia. Build a high-performance culture focused on results and collaboration. Strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Lead commercial negotiations and manage major contracts. Ensure strong customer retention and long-term partnerships. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgeting, and pipeline tracking. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data. Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8-15 years of sales experience, with at least 5-8 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in managing consumable products with nationwide coverage. Strong leadership and distributor management experience. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel across regions.
