Job Description

Implement and maintain processes required to comply with ISO 13485 and CPAKB standards.

Develop and execute production plans according to targets and production capacity.

Plan manpower requirements to support production activities.

Prepare and update production SOPs and work instructions.

Monitor the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products.

Ensure that production results meet established quality standards.

Prepare accurate and periodic production activity reports.

Coordinate with related departments (PPIC, QA, Warehouse, and Engineering) to ensure smooth production processes.

Qualifications

Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma (D3), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in production (preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented, capable of preparing reports, and possessing strong analytical skills.
