Preschool Teacher (North Jakarta)

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Monitor and assess children’s progress, addressing individual learning needs.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Support emotional, social, and cognitive development through age‑appropriate activities.

Ensure classroom organization, hygiene, and safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education.

Experience with toddlers (1–3 years) in a preschool (preferred).

Comfortable teaching with parents present in the classroom.

Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Creative and adaptable in designing activities.

Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

Passionate about working with young children.

Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic.

Open to ongoing training and professional development.
