Strategic Project Management is responsible for driving business initiative in developing new business models and overseeing strategy and project portfolio including digitalization, innovative strategy to improve current business process or customer experience, and co-branding initiatives. Assisting supervisor for building new business model in current partnership, including business target settings, sales process and strategically plan for the key sales driver on each new business model. Create, plan and monitoring initiatives and ideas for growing the new bancassurance business model. Coordinating to digital & IT team from both parties (Sun Life and bank partner) for any digital projects for current business model related to business improvement for sales team and customers. Led cross functional teams in executing projects and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders which involving Regional Office (RO) team and Senior Management from Sun Life and Bank partner Deliver both routine and ad-hoc update/ deck for Golden Steerco Meeting, other RO update, and monthly digital meeting. Preferred Skills (titre)

Project management skill, with experience in agile project management as a plus Mass market bancassurance/partnership model Bancassurance business models and regulatory landscape Customer-first mindset Experience in designing and delivering initiatives in customer experience and digital Proficient in providing the update through attractive slide and well delivery to management team Qualifications (titre)

S1 graduate Min 1 year of in-depth bancassurance experience, focusing on project management, distribution and solution delivery Ex-start up or insurance-technology industry Project management skill, with experience in agile project management as a plus Experience in designing and delivering initiatives in customer experience, product and digital Astute stakeholder management, both internally within the organization and across with business partners Job Category
