Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Sales Process Support : Assist in the entire sales cycle including customer development, follow-up, and closing. Organize and input customer data into CRM system. Prepare quotations and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian local regulations.

Order Management : Receive, review, and track sales orders. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to update order progress. Resolve potential issues proactively to ensure smooth delivery.

Customer Relationship Support : Respond to basic customer inquiries in a timely manner. Escalate complex issues to relevant sales representatives. Collect and organize customer feedback, and submit regular reports to Sales Manager.

Sales Data Analysis : Collect and organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales data (including revenue, orders, and conversion rates). Prepare data reports to support sales strategy adjustment and decision-making.

Material & Activity Support : Manage sales materials such as product brochures and samples. Assist in organizing sales meetings, customer visits, and promotional activities.

Cross-departmental Collaboration : Coordinate with Finance Department to follow up on payment collection. Communicate sales team needs to Marketing Department. Provide administrative support for the sales team.

Compliance Assurance : Adhere to Indonesian business laws and tax policies. Assist in relevant filing and declaration work to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. 1-2 years of sales support experience is a plus; outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.

Language Skills : Indonesian speaker with fluent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese or English is highly preferred.
