UNIQLO Store Specialist (Solo-Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations

Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns)

Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures

Organise shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy

Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 (preferred) & Fresh graduate are welcome to Apply

Max. 1 year of work experience, preferably in fashion retail

Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Excellent communication and strong attention to detail

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed
