QA Technician (Automotive OEM) Technical & Operations · Indonesia, Jakarta

Responsibilities: Ensure that all remote technicians are punctual with proper attire to maintain a professional appearance during job assignments Conduct quality checks remotely by leveraging mobile video calls Troubleshoot issues encountered during remote site operations Prepare detailed reports summarizing the QA activities performed for management review Identify training needs for remote technicians Conduct training and refresher sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the full fleet management product offering Familiarize yourself with the technology stack to effectively support remote operations Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Vocational course, Diploma in Automotive, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experience/Knowledge of Electronics and Automotive aftermarket product installations (Telematics/Sound Systems/Immobilizer etc.) Experience/Knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical repair of Automobiles and/or Heavy vehicles; (Electrical wiring repair, Faulty Finding and Mechanical Repair etc.)
