Hunt for new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and networking. Build relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and business owners. Conduct product demos and clearly communicate how KAMI Workforce's solutions solve customer pain points. Consistently build, manage, and close a healthy pipeline. Collaborate with the team to develop winning sales strategies. Crush your targets — and celebrate big wins. Requirements

Proven sales experience — 2-4 years of proven success in B2B or SaaS sales Tech-savvy — You understand the latest trends in SaaS and how they can be leveraged by businesses A hunter's mindset — ambitious, persistent, and aggressive in chasing opportunities Excellent relationship builder — You know how to connect with clients on their level and build lasting partnerships Dynamic communication skills — You can convey value propositions with charm and clarity, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing A team player — You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated to contribute to team success Benefits
