For more information about Solenis, please visit .**About the role:**The Products Regulatory Compliance Specialist ensures that all Solenis chemical products comply with regulatory requirements in **Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore**. This role involves managing product registrations, understanding hazard classifications, labeling, and documentation while collaborating with internal teams and external regulatory bodies. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can navigate complex regulations, work under pressure, and think creatively to solve compliance challenges.**You will be responsible for:*** Ensure legal compliance and registration of chemical products in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local chemical regulations and monitor changes that impact product compliance.* Review Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels to meet regulatory standards.* Collaborate with country leadership, regional marketing, and global product safety teams to align compliance strategies.* Collaborate with internal teams to respond to customer inquiries related to regulatory compliance and product safety.* Manage documentation and maintain accurate records of compliance activities.* Coordinate internal and external testing and reporting for regulated products.* Support global initiatives and contribute to regional compliance projects.**Key Competencies & Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (other disciplines considered with relevant experience).* 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or chemical registration.* Familiarity with APAC chemical regulations and hazard communication standards (e.g., GHS).* Experience working with database systems for compliance tracking is a plus.* Strong understanding of chemical regulatory frameworks and ability to interpret legislation.* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with limited information.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.* Curious mindset and willingness to learn.**Some benefits of working with us*** Competitive health + wellness benefit plan* Continuous professional development with many opportunities for growth* Access to a wide variety of internal and external training courses on our learning systemWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired job requirement.
