About the Role: We are seeking a proactive

Salesforce Administrator

to maintain, optimize, and scale our Salesforce platform across multiple teams. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to align Salesforce configurations with business workflows, reporting requirements, and operational goalsโ€”ensuring maximum platform efficiency and user adoption.

Responsibilities Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to meet evolving business needs. Design, build, and manage workflows, Process Builder/Flow automation to drive user efficiency and data integrity. Administer user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure proper access controls. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tailored to various business units for actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Maintain data quality by performing deduplication, validation, and cleanup activities. Create and deliver training materials and documentation for users and new feature rollouts. Liaise with external partners or developers to manage system enhancements and integrations. Monitor system performance and proactively apply Salesforce releases, updates, and best practices to optimize platform health.

Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven success in platform management. Consulting experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs (multi-org environment) Salesforce Administrator Certification ( required ). Solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud administration. Expertise in building workflows/automation (Flow), validation rules, and reporting/dashboards. Skilled in data management, including imports using Data Loader and CSV manipulation. High attention to detail, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments, ideally in startup settings. Self-starter who thrives in a remote and dynamic work environment. Able to support a US MST Timezone(Colorado) English Level B2/C1 is a must
