FINANCE ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the general ledger, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements

Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support decision-making

Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably within the Accounting industry

Thorough understanding of Financial Accounting & Reporting principles and best practices

Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proven track record of leading and developing a team of accounting professionals

Familiarity with relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements in Indonesia
